We only accept .PNG, .JPG, or .JPEG. Please use our PSD templates on the products page to design your artwork. When it is ready, you can save the file as .PNG or .JPG.
PNGs
For Apparel goods, use Transparent PNGs (14"x16" @ 300 DPI ). If you use a 24 bit PNG please note that images that are not 100% transparent will print out blurry or produce a "halo" effect. This is because 24 Bit PNG files can store "partial transparency" which can be represented on digital displays but cannot be achieved when ink is being printed onto a garment.
To avoid this, save your Transparent PNGs at 8-BIT. Our system will force any semi-transparent region to their closest color. If you're unsure, upload your image in our design tool and the preview rendered will best represent what your product will look like.
JPGs
For large format Posters (24" x 36") we recommend high quality JPGs because they compress well and transparency is not needed.
