POD services are available for apparel, mugs, posters, coasters, and mousepads. Once the products are created, they immediately move to fulfillment for shipment to your customer!

Common questions related to POD:
If I don't have Photoshop, can I still design my own merchandise?
Yes! Create images in your preferred builder and upload them as high-resolution JPGs, PNGs or GIFs. You can also upload up to 3 images in our design tool to create the perfect t-shirt, mug, poster, etc.!
What is the maximum file size I can upload for my design?
You can upload up to 50 MB for each Print-on-Demand Design.
Can I print on the back of the T-shirt?
Currently Amplifier only allow printing on the Front of Print-On-Demand apparel goods like t-shirts, tank tops, and hoodies.
Should my artwork be in RGB or CMYK?
We recommend setting your artwork in RGB. Our printers will calibrate your RGB artwork correctly to match the printer profile. Artwork uploaded in CMYK that may result in inaccurate colors within the final product.
Can I see a sample of my print-on-demand item?
Yes, absolutely. We encourage it. The Amplifier platform makes it easy to get samples in your hands. Once you create a new Design, you can easily order one by clicking the Order Design icon (Lightning Bolt).
How quickly are POD items made?
On Demand products are made within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Sometimes they are made the next business day, usually they are produced within two to five business days.Additional time may be required in some scenarios (e.g. Unusually high volume, blank shortages, procurement exceptions or with products that involve more complex production).
How are mouse pads made?
Mousepads and other dye-sublimation goods are printed using a reversed image with special inks that are heat-fused onto a white blank.
Do you offer returns/exchanges for POD items?
Made on-demand items cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event of a manufacturing defect, Amplifier will reprint the product at no charge. However, we cannot issue refunds if the product is printed correctly based on the image file. Please make sure you follow the artwork standards and specifications to ensure the highest quality artwork has been uploaded.
Amplifier has a very good reputation for strong print-on-demand quality control, so if you provide great artwork in the right format, it likely will look good once printed.
