Amplifier's default timing on fulfilling your Orders is: As Fast As Possible.

Usually, that's what our Clients want, too.

But sometimes Clients need more time to evaluate and change their customers' orders.

When that is the case, Clients and Amplifier have a few places where we can insert a delay.

Delay order import your Shopify Store and Amplifier

For Shopify integrations, we can change the speed at which an Order is imported to Amplifier. So before Amplifier even knows the order exists, you can have time to edit or cancel within your Shopify interface.

Delay the time the Order's Shipment is sent to the Warehouse floor

Amplifier can delay the speed at which we send an Order's Shipment to the Warehouse floor so that there is no chance that the Shipment has begun processing. This definitively increases the time in which Clients can Cancel or Edit an order within my.amplifier.

Delay the Planned Ship Date of the Shipment on the Warehouse floor

Amplifier plans its Warehouse activity based on the Planned Ship Date (PSD) of each Shipment, starting with the oldest PSD. Amplifier can set the PSD of Shipments to have an extra day, increasing the time in which Clients can Cancel or Edit an order within my.amplifier. This is not a definitive delay, however, as Amplifier routinely fulfills Shipments with PSDs of "tomorrow" if there is sufficient capacity to do so.

Contact help@amplifier.com if you'd like to implement these options.
