What if my Supplier won't ship Compliantly?

The reality is, there are some great suppliers out there who provide terrific products, but they're small and don't have the systems or people to adhere to Amplifier's Routing Guide. While this means you're going to end up paying non-compliant Receiving fees, there is something you can do to minimize the time it takes the Amplifier team to receive those products.

First, create your ASN in My.Amplifier.com. Make note of the AMP ASN# that is generated after you save the entry. It will be at the top of the screen under the Shipment Info.

Then, when you order from your supplier, enter your Ship-To address to include both your company name and the ASN, as follows:

Your Company Name c/o Amplifer

Attn: ASN #10000xxxxx

8015 Burleson Rd, Ste 100

Austin, TX 78744

This way, when your product arrives at the receiving dock, the Amplifier inbound team can easily identify the shipment 1) belongs to your account, and 2) should be processed under the noted ASN. This shortens the time it takes the team to receive it, minimizing your cost and getting it available to ship to customers more quickly!
