The Alerted Order status type allows you to see those orders that are currently unable to progress to shipping.

Issues that cause Alerts can include:

  • Bad SKUs

  • Incomplete Addresses

  • Bad Character Codes (e.g. Unsupported Foreign language characters)

  • Unsupported Ship Methods

  • And so on

You can filter your Order View to only show the Alerted ones. Amplifier recommends that you regularly review and correct Alerted orders to prevent unnecessary delays and ensure a satisfying experience for your customers.

Amplifier's enhanced editing features allow your team to directly fix some of the more common issues that prevent Order allocation. If you have questions about how your team should correct specific Alerted orders, e-mail help@amplifier.com with your inquiry and order number(s) you need to correct.
