Edits are made by clicking the pencil icon in the appropriate section. If the pencil icon is not visible, the Order is in the fulfillment process and is no longer eligible for editing.
You can edit:
Customer Details
Shipping Address Information
Billing Address Information
Shipping Method
Allow Partial Shipment
Note: You cannot directly edit Order line items at this time.
Some Clients' Customer Service windows don't perfectly align with Amplifier's fulfillment speed and discover that by the time they want to edit an order, Amplifier has already begun fulfillment. If this is true for your business, Amplifier can slow down the processing of your Orders. Learn more here.
