Note: before you can create a Kit Job, you need to create a Kit. See Creating Kits.

Kit Jobs are ordered from the Kit Creation completion modal or selecting the Kit SKU in the list of Kits

Select the total number of finished Kit units. When ready, select "Submit For Review".

You have now created the first job for an Un-Approved, Un-Proofed (if applicable) Kit.

The Kit Job now appears in the Jobs queue with a status of "Created." Two more steps remain before the Job can be moved into production: Approval and Proofing (if applicable).

Selecting the Job Number in the Jobs Queue reveals the Job Process Detail:

During the Review step, Amplifier evaluates what else might be needed for successful kit completion. Usually all that remains is to add a Barcode Label as a component item. If more is needed, the Amplifier Client Success Team will communicate with you to collaborate on configuring an approvable kit.

When Amplifier is finished Reviewing, the Kit will show in your Kit List as "Reviewed" and will need your approval. Select the Kit SKU to review changes and approve.

Note in this example the addition of the Barcode Sticker component Item.

Upon Kit Approval the Kit Job will either move into the Proofing stage or the Production stage.

If you requested that the Job be Proofed, then the Kit Job is now shows needing to be Proofed in the Kit Job Queue.

Amplifier will put together the first unit of the job and supply a photo for your approval.

Approving the Proof means that Amplifier has met your expectations for the Kit and is authorized to begin working on any open Jobs with the Kit. If the Kit does not meet expectations contact Amplifier's Client Success Team for further interaction around the Kit so we can make it right.

The Job Detail screen shows the timeline of approval, job creation, and job scheduling.

Select "Kits" on the Items page and then "Jobs" at the top of the Kits page.

Select the Kit SKU for Re-Ordering

Select "+Job"

And continue the Job Creation process like above.
