Note: Creating a new Kit is different from ordering a Kitting Job. See Ordering Kit Jobs for that activity.

Begin by selecting "Kits" on the Items page.

Begin configuring a new Kit by selecting "+Kit".

Fill in SKU, Name, and Description. Remember: no spaces in SKUs and the non-alphanumeric character allowed is "-".

Add Components of the Kit via the "Search for Product" field, and select the quantity for the Kit. Only items in your catalog are available for a Kit, so make sure to add them as Items before starting your Kit creation.

Describe the assembly of the kit in the Instructions section.

We recommend checking "Proof Required" so you can verify Amplifier understands the assembly instructions.

Saving the Kit results in a Configured but Un-Approved and Un-Proofed Kit.

Amplifier recommends immediately creating a Kit Job of one unit in order to move the Kit through the Approval and (if selected) Proofing process.
