Shipping easily-damaged goods is difficult and requires extra handling. To ensure a particular SKU gets additional handling, designate it as FRAGILE in the ITEM DETAIL page for your SKU.

Shipments containing FRAGILE ITEMS will be handled in a distinctly high-touch process to protect them from damage during transport.

Each Item marked FRAGILE in a shipment will incur an additional handling fee that starts at $0.25 and is set based on the needs of each item.
