The orders page in My.Amplifier has many features that let you easily see what stage of fulfillment your orders are currently in. You can sort your orders by order number, customer name, order date, order source, and status - in ascending or descending order. The default view starts on All which shows orders of all statuses except for Cancelled orders.
The following exampled shows All orders (except for Cancelled ones), in ascending order. We can see that all of the orders have been shipped:
To include Cancelled orders in this view, click All again, and we see the following:
From the orders page you can:
Status Definitions
Besides seeing All orders and Cancelled orders, there are other order statuses that you can filter by:
Awaiting Processing - Orders we have received but that haven't been picked, packed, or shipped. Orders that have oversold/out of stock items in them will also stay in this status, as the lack of inventory means that the items in question are unable to be allocated (digitally assigned) to the order.
Alerted - These are orders that cannot be fulfilled due to a variety of issues. Common reasons include foreign characters in the address fields, addresses that the system flagged due to a zip code that doesn't match the State, or Special Handling selected as a shipping method. In all cases, someone from the Client Success team will reach out to you to obtain the necessary information needed to resolve the issue, be it corrected address information or special handling instructions.
Processing Shipment - These orders have had all items allocated to them, and are waiting to be picked.
In Fulfillment - These orders are now making their way through the picking and packing phase of fulfillment. At this point point it is too late to manually cancel the order or make changes to the address or shipping method.
Shipped - The order has now been shipped. Tracking numbers will populate in the individual order page.
