While the hope is that your customer loves their purchase, sometimes it doesn't work out that way and the customer wants to return the product.

The following is a sample of how Amplifier can support your returns process. In this example, Shopify is used as your eCommerce store, Order Desk is the integration method (Amplifier hosted), and Loop is used as a your returns provider. Please note that TwoBoxes is compatible with many returns providers, such as Loop Returns, Happy Returns, AfterShip Returns, Redo, and Narvar, to name a few. Amplifier uses TwoBoxes to record the receipt of the customer returns and that information is passed back to your instance of TwoBoxes.

Questions about how your eCommerce store or returns provider might fit into this process flow can be directed to help@amplifier.com.
